How do I book an apartment?
You can either make an online booking directly on our web page, call us using the number corresponding to the language you speak, or you can book an apartment by sending us an e-mail request; we will call or write you back immediately.
How do I get my booking confirmation?
As soon as we have charged your credit card for the down payment you will receive a confirmation directly to your e-mail address.
Is the Internet connection secure?
Yes, we are using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is an Internet security protocol used by Internet browsers and Web servers to transmit sensitive information.
(You can make sure you are on an SSL by checking the URL — the http at the beginning of the address should have changed to https).

Our working hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9.00 – 21.00 h.
Saturday: 12.00 – 20.00 h.

No, as all apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen, and there are always several cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Most of our apartments have a lift; however, some of them located in older buildings may not. Please, have a look at the each apartment description, there you can find more information.
Are the apartments safe?
Yes.
Is there any age restriction?

I am going to bring my car. Where can I park it?
Istanbul has underground parking lots spread all over city where you can park your car for a daily fee, or you can park it on the street.
How do I get from the airport to the apartment?
You can either take a bus, metro or taxi from Barajas Airport to the city center. The Metro takes 12 minutes and leaves every 5 minutes. Buses leave every 10 minutes.
Which is the best way to travel in the city?
Istanbul has an excellent public transportation system. There are Metro Stations all over the city. The bus system is also widely used, so is taxi. Please have a look at ctm-istanbul.es/.
